Yogadine cares for a natural balance in meals between the necessary nutrition and desired pleasures. As you practice yoga and become more in tune with your body’s needs, a growing liking for pure, wholesome and nourishing food appears naturally. You’ll be more inclined to make healthy selections, with lots of vegetables and fresh products in your meals.
Yogadine is a concept by Tim Schipper and combines Yoga classes with healthy Dinners. We serve pure (sattvic) food after yoga sessions that have been mindfully prepared to nourish our bodies. It’s a great opportunity for friends to get together during a busy week and experience the effects of yoga, food and community.
