Kundalini Yogi Tea



This Yogi Tea is fresh and spicy! Make at least 4 cups of Yogi Tea at a time (One is never enough!)





For 1 liter Yogi Tea, use:

1 ltr water

9 Cloves

12 Green Cardamon Pods

12 Whole Black Peppers

1.5 Stick Cinnamon

3 Slices Ginger Root



3/4 teaspoon Black Tea

1.5 Cups Milk


Boil Spices for 10-15 minutes. Add black tea and steep for 2 minutes. Add Milk, then reheat to the boiling point, remove immediately from the stove, and strain. Add honey to taste.
